MentoringMentoring pairs LGBTQ+ students with LGBTQ+ scientists to begin to explore individual opportunities across scientific fields. This is meant for students who are interested in pursuing a STEM education, but may still be exploring their career options and might have some additional questions. The end goal of the mentoring program is to leave students with a concrete plan for what to do next in their academic or career journey, whether that's choosing a major, entering a graduate program, or applying for summer research or other hands-on experiences.
